Our Bolga dog baskets are 100% authentic and ethically handwoven by our own Fair Trade artisans in Ghana. Made from natural Elephant Grass, a durable, bamboo-like fiber, each basket is breathable, non-toxic, and built to last, supporting a healthy, comfortable resting space for dogs and shipped directly from our warehouse in Accra, Ghana.
Note: We do “NOT” use middle people. All our dog baskets are 100% made by our weaving staff.
Shipping
Shipping Policy
- Orders ship via Ghana Post and typically arrive within 2–3 weeks.
- To reduce shipping costs, baskets are temporarily deformed for transit and packed in a protective shipping sack.
- Reshaping is easy and quick; tutorials and reference images are available on our website and product gallery.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military (APO/FPO) addresses.
- Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are unable to accept returns.
Return Policy
We have a strict no return policy. We only accept returns under the following criteria’s;
- You received a damaged dog basket (Baskets are inspected prior to shipping).
- Order lost in transit (please note: Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery don’t count).
- Item received is not as described ( Ex: wrong colors, patterns and design).
Care
How to reshape your Basket
If you received your order and your dog basket appears somewhat deformed or misshaped, fear not as this is normal. We make every effort to shape all our dog baskets prior to shipping them out but transit times can always lead to your basket arriving a little contorted. Fixing this is extremely easy as the baskets are quite malleable. Using hot water inside a tub/sink, simply soak affected areas and lightly mold with your hands. Allow 24 hours to dry.
